AL-FRESCA Cocktail
INSTRUCTIONS :
In a cocktail shaker, crush finely diced watermelon flesh with a muddler of the back of a bar-spoon, trying to extract as much juice as possible. Add spirits and simple syrup, and shake hard for several seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- 2 parts 42BELOW Vodka
- Dash of Campari
- Dash of simple syrup or sugar syrup
- A large slice of watermelon, finely diced.
