Ommegang is a bright yellow-coloured, top-fermented beer with a delicate aroma of citrus fruits. The flowery and spicy taste of the Belgian hops develops into a complex bitterness. Re-fermentation in the bottle ensures that the taste and aromas come perfectly to the fore.

1. Fish (for instance sole and wild salmon) and shellfish (such as crab, scallops and langoustines).
