G'Vine Floraison (700 ml)

Nose : Doesn't immediately smell like a gin... the grape notes are prevalent, but there are balancing notes of citrus and cardamom.

Palate : The grapes run the show here too. It's tasty with pronounced, fresh botanicals, particularly the high, citric and ginger notes. The grapes add a pleasant sweetness. It's almost like a flavoured vodka.

Finish : Very clean, very pleasant. Herbs and grassy notes with a slight mineral taste.

Overall : Almost halfway between a gin and a flavoured vodka, this is a unique spirit. We could (and probably will!) spend hours playing around with cocktail recipes using G'Vine.
