Hakutsuru Nishiki is a rice named after the inventation of Hakutsuru in 2004, it has the same parent as Yamada Nishiki, a king of sake rice. Well-knowned for its slightly dry and extraordinary smooth. A low bodied sake with marvellous aroma that can be enjoyed in any occasion.
