Woody, brett, winey aroma and a bit sweet smelling. A beautiful deep hazy red/orange color with a thin off-white head. The taste is very complex : starts lightly sweet and bitter like a pale ale, turning to a slightly brett-like orange peel bitter-sour, then it smoothes out into a vanilla-like wood flavor finishing extremely smooth with a hint of sake at the end.
