Working with the teams favourite coffee roasters, Ovenbird Coffee, they have created a velvety, smooth coffee edition. Using 6 years aged “Old Brown Java” beans, they infuse lovely dark chocolate and vanilla notes from the beans.
It features ethically sourced coffee from farms across the globe roasted by a flock of Ovenbirds in Glasgow. Holy Grass Vodka is distilled in Elizabeth, their traditional vapour infusion still, and it is then perfectly blended with the Ovenbird coffee beans.
The lovely dark chocolate and vanilla notes of the beans are infused into the spirit.!

To serve
Pour over ice into a chilled rocks glass and sip or Try as an Espresso Martini...add 50ml Holy Grass Vodka - Cold Brew Coffee to a shot of espresso, with some honey or sugar syrup to sweeten. Shake hard over ice before straining into a glass! Try adding a dash of cardamom bitters...
Origin
We first met Davide, from Ovenbird Coffee, at Largs Food Festival in 2015 and fell in love with his coffee! After several years of enjoying the Ovenbird coffees we decided it was time to experiment. We found it worked tremendously well with our Holy Grass Vodka and so Holy Grass Vodka - Cold Brew Coffee was born!
