Mansaku no Hana Junmai Ginjo (1.8 L)

Medium-dry, smooth. Named after the mansaku flower, the first flower of the spring. This super premium sake is brewed only from premium sake rice cultivated in Akita and polished down to the same level as extra super premium sake. This gives this sake a delicate floral nose and a well-balanced, mellow flavour with an elegant clean finish. Serve at room temperature
