TASTING NOTES :
"There is a certain elegance and an element of indulgence about Martell Noblige. Here, we find ourselves in the exceptional VSOP category, since this cognac is the result of a blend of eaux-de-vie often aged for beyond four years. We can appreciate its caramel and creamy aromas, with a lightly caramelised note."
Color : Dark gold with copper hues.
Nose : Abundant fruit: Lemon, pear and prune. Exotic delights:Vanilla pod and caramelized grapes. Wood character:Sweet myrrh, cedar and fine-grained oak.
Palate : An elegantly structured marriage of strength and smoothness emerges. A good length.
Serving : Martell Noblige can be enjoyed neat, on the rock, as a long drink or in a cocktail
