Tasting Notes
Nose: Creamy mint thins and lemon shortbread, with malty cereal in milk.
Palate: Pretty weighty with a full-bodied, milky texture. I taste more green apples and pears alongside clover, birch wood, rice pudding and liquid honey on toast.
Finish: Slightly tropical notes of Bounty bars, with zesty madeleine cakes.

A lip-smacking indie Teaninich here, distilled in the Highlands in October 2007.
After spending 12 years in a single refill hogshead, the single malt was bottled by Douglas Laing in December 2019. A limited 324 bottles were released for the Old Particular series at 48.4% ABV.
