ซิงเกิลมอลต์จากประเทศไต้หวัน เป็นโรงกลั่นวิสกี้ที่ล้อมรอบด้วยภูเขาและแหล่งน้ำบริสุทธิ์ เหมาะสำหรับการผลิตและบ่มวิสกี้ วิสกี้ถูกบ่มเป็นระยะเวลา 4 ปี ในถังไวน์เชอร์รี่สเปน และถังอเมริกันเบอร์เบิน จึงทำให้วิสกี้มีสีเหลืองอำพันที่เข้มข้นชัดเจนเป็นเอกลักษณ์ บรรจุขวดด้วยวิธีการ non-chill filtered หรือการไม่ลดอุณหภูมิของวิสกี้ก่อนไหลผ่านตัวกรอง และไม่มีการแต่งกลิ่น แต่งสีเพิ่มเติมตลอดทั้งขั้นตอนการผลิต
