Every drop of our Gin contains care, love and a lot of manual work. We take our time and give it to our gin as well. 48 hours maceration, then be carefully distilled. 6 weeks of ripening and resting, so that the ingredients can develop their full aroma. By comparison, industrial Gin gets attention for 1-2 minutes per liter! Much work and care is also in the selection of ingredients.
