from a locally-owned small-batch distillery in Ubon Ratchathani Province, Thailand dedicated to pay homage to the hard work and wisdom of the local farmers

Sod Chaeng Distillery was started with the purpose of supporting local communities by adding value to their agricultural products and creating sustainable local employment for everyone from farmers, visual artists to musicians. This results not only in career development opportunities but also Thai-Isan culture promotion.

Sod Chaeng turned the local success of high-quality organic agricultural products, enabled by natural effective microorganisms (EM), into premium local spirits.

Combining over 10 years of experience in liquor creation with traditional Isan wisdom, Sod Chaeng has successfully developed premium spirits

Tasting Notes

Nose : Citrusy and a hint of Floral from Elderflower, Smoothness and followed by juniper and zesty, citrus freshness.

The Palate : Dry juniper leads, then reveals lemon and grapefruit

The Finish : with spicy juniper and hint of botanicals flavours harmonise.
