Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Cask Finish (700 ml)

Created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Caribbean rum barrels. Fresh and bright with aromas of raspberry blossom, coconut oil, Parma violets and custard Danish. Layers of muscovado sugar, iced buns and cinder toffee bound with lotus biscuits, nougat and coconut cream.
