Tomintoul Cognac Cask Finish (700 ml)

Created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which are then married & finished in hand selected Cognac casks from France. Light and lifted with aromas of chestnut, lemon rind, blossom honey and amaretti biscuits with hints of chamomile and fennel. weet choux pastry and Chantilly cream mingled with sugared almonds, butterscotch, golden raisins and rolling tobacco.
