GIN XII
Gin XII is made in France by the century-old Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, where it's distilled from twelve plants and spices—hence the name. It uses a plate column still, creating a subtle range of aromas, including fresh and floral notes. It's very soft, and much different than a typical London dry gin.
