There are stories which are written over time, with simple words. Fire, water, junipers, firewood, countryside, farming communities, tradition, craftsmanship. Gin Xoriguer boasts one of those stories. The Xoriguer Distilleries still make what is probably the oldest gin in the Mediterranean. It is lovingly handcrafted, using a recipe that dates back to the early 1700s, and distilled in copper alembic stills that are more than 250 years old. Our tradition has gained us the prestigious Geographical Indication, as ‘Gin de Mahón’.
