Sake/Shochu

“Sake” means “Liquor” in Japanese. It can refer to many types of liquor. Generally speaking, sake refers to liquor made from rice. While in some locals it refers to a liquor distilled from cassava or sugar cane called “Shochu” or also known as “Japanese vodka.”
