Pimm's
Pimm’s founder James Pimm first mixed and served his famous recipe in his Oyster bar in 1840. The drink made a welcome change to the neat gin that everyone drank at the time.
Since then, Pimm’s has been introduced more widely: sent to soldiers at the far edges of the Empire, served at Queen Victoria’s lunches and introduced at Wimbledon in 1971. A signpost to the British summertime, it continues to be enjoyed at Wimbledon - and other iconic events around the world.
