Asamai Osagekko (1.8 L)

Osagekko means “ delicious Sake “. It is an unpasteurized and undiluted sake that, once opened, should be keep refrigerated. Osagekko is produced by a unique production process, replacing oxygen with nitrogen in the bottle which enables the Sake to keep freshness as long as it is stored in the right conditions.


There are no additives or preservatives in Osagekko. As you open the bottle, the Sake will gently re-start its fermentation, over hours and days, the character and flavours will evolve.

Osagekko is smooth and powerful on the palate. Developing further with notes of flowers and wild fruits. It has aromas of creamy papaya that, with a little time to breathe, make way for flavours of ripe mango, cantaloupe & persimmon. The finish is creamy, well-balanced and elegant.
