Giffard Fleur De Sureau Sauvage (Elder flower) (700 ml)

Liqueur made from a small batch maceration of wild elderflowers for a rich floral aroma. The small pale yellow elderflowers are hand-picked in spring, naturally dried and macerated into alcohol.

Testing Nose.

Colour : Golden yellow liqueur with fine green shades reminding of the elder bush Nose : strong and exotic with fine litchi and spices notes (saffron, liquorice…)

Taste : intense and complex floral flavour enhanced with a slight acidity. A whole bouquet explodes in the palate : rose , hawthorn, acacia, fresh flowers…
