Goldcock Czech Republic Gin (700 ml)

Many whisky brands around the world start making or ad GIN in their portfolio because it just makes sense. We had a different a pproach. Only after having our twenty year old whisky in our portfolio, we produced the first GOLD COCK GIN. But the logic behind these steps is similar.

Juniper has been distilled in our factory for more than one hundred and twenty years, which means that we do have the experience. GIN and his other botanicals have been produced a t RUDOLF JELÍNEK since the 1970 s. Its production ended only at the end of the 1990 s, when the market, even here in the Czech Republic, was already dominated by GINS from Great Britain.

We now have used the same composition of herbs as a few decades ago, because as with GOLD COCK whisky, we concentrate on keeping the traditions alive. So our Gin contains coriander, cardamom, angelica, iris, licorice, wormwood, orange and lemon peel and of course black ju niper. Everything is macerated in fine alcohol and afterwards "stretch" distilled.
