Made from an infusion of elderflower, citrus peel, herbs and spices, combined with wine and spirit. It’s made with ‘Fiori di Sambuca’, elderflower grown in Italy’s Alpine hedgerows. Mix with tonic or soda water for a refreshing low ABV aperitif.
