"An undemanding 8 year old single malt from an unnamed Highland distillery, this was bottled by Ian Macleod. The nose is quite light and smooth. There is a vague spirity note with toffee, barley, a touch of peat smoke and a little oak. The palate is of medium-body. There are some honey notes, perhaps a little vanilla. The peat smoke is light and wistful with a little sweetness. The finish is dry and of medium-length." (Credit : www.masterofmalt.com)
