Started by two passionate individuals who have a heart for spirits. Using locally sourced sugar cane from the North of Thailand and without any use of additives. The rum is then distilled multiple times in order to ensure that it has the smoothest possible taste for the consumer. The rum is put in a classy looking ceramic bottle made in Lampang’s very own ceramic village.
Locally sourcing our sugar cane from nearby plantations, our process is free of any chemical additives so that the flavor is a product of pure nature.
Our ceramic bottles are hand-crafted by local artisans in the Lampang province, well-known for its superior clay and pottery skills since ancient times. We double-distill our rum to ensure smoothness of flavor, the definition of Lamai.
Cold-pressing fresh sugar cane, our sanitary process ensures that the fermentation produces the sweetest and most savory wine for later distillation. Upon complete fermentation, we then distill the wine to separate the “bad” alcohols, those that give headaches and hangovers, from the final distillate. We then re-distill to perfection; choosing only the smoothest flavors and scents for the final product. The final product is then mixed with fresh spring water to create the final bottled product.
