The whole brewing process is done by hands of professional technicians, using the sophisticated additive-free method to lower the alcohol content down to 14%, which is a concentration that is much lower than any other kind of sake.
2020 version of Ohmine Junmai 2grain has increased the rice polishing rate from previous version of 48% to an impressive 35%! Sweetness of peach with a hint of floral favour.
Finish has a very delicate sweetness and a clean criep after-taste.
