Poli Mirtillo is a grappa-based liqueur that is medium ruby-purple in color with lovely aromas of red fruit, blueberries and lily of the valley. On the palate it is well-rounded, balanced and flavorful.

Poli uses copper pot stills for distillation, which is carried out at the time of grape harvest. The final distillate, at 75% abv, is lowered to 28% by the addition of distilled water. The distillate is then infused with blueberry flavors. It is then chilled to 40°F, filtered and bottled.
