The Sexton is made from 100% Irish malted barley and is triple distilled for smoothness in copper pot stills. Our new spirit is then aged for perfection in former Oloroso sherry casks, sourced from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.

Sexton Single Irish Malt Whiskey (700 ml)
The creation of master blender Alex Thomas, The Sexton Single Malt Irish whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. After, the liquid is aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks imparting a rich and fruity character. It comes in a rather eye-catching hexagonal bottle, too.
Tasting Note
Nose: Rich aromas of nuts, marzipan and dark chocolate with a pinch of spice.
Palate: Dried fruit followed by honeycomb sweetness, apricots, lemon zest, prunes and oak spice.
Finish: Woody on the finish, with honeyed sweetness coming through.
