"Born Gold" won the highest quality, gold award, in the Daiginjo section B of the 2013 U.S. National Sake Appraisal. Finishes soft and easy with a medium sweetness and very light, clean acidity. After lagering over a year at -10 degrees, the smoothness of this sake pairs very well with everything. Best enjoy when well chilled.
