Through antiquity we learned that almond aroma arouses passion in females. Only to release that aroma, you have to go beyond nuts. Don't you worry, it's still almonds galore in our Amaretto. But with a little extra. For that extra oomph, we added some more hard to resist ingredients, such as vanilla extract and fresh lemon distillate. A touch of caramel finishes it, turning the liqueur deep gold.

AMARETTO SOUR
Ingredients:
50 ml De Kuyper Amaretto
½ fresh egg white
30 ml fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura
Glass: Old-fashioned
Garnish: a cherry and lemon slice on a stick
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
