Chatri in Thai often refers to 'A man's man; a man who is respected and admired by other men.'  In this latest creation, Full Moon Brewworks joins forces with Stockade Brew Co, winner of 2015 World Beer Awards from Australia, to co-create this new world special brew, Chatri IPA, aculmination of our unique beer-making philosophies.

This beer is very dimensional. Solid back-bone from the blend of pilsner malt, rye, Australian hops, and specialty hops. Massive hop flavors and aromas creaed by using four different hop-addition techniques, follows with a hint of citrus, floral and subtle grapefruit aromas.
