Our brewmaster Andrea Frigerio’s most recent creation, Birra Roma Chiara, is a flavourful pilsner inspired by the city of Rome, its rich culture and, most of all, its exquisite food. After all, to know a place you must eat and drink as the local people do. Andrea trained as a chef before finding his calling in the art of Italian brewing. Andrea has drawn on his passion for Italian cooking and gastronomy to create Birra Roma Chiara – a refreshing beer bursting with flavour designed to perfectly pair with the very best of Italian cooking and local Roman specialties, from Pizza to Porchetta.
