MARTINI® BIANCO TONIC
Created in the 1970s to modernise the MARTINI® Bianco into a refreshing long drink. Ice cold tonic water dampens the sweet vanilla notes of the vermouth to make for a crisper finish.
STEP 1
Pack a Boston tin with ice.
STEP 2
Add one part MARTINI® Bianco and fill to the brim with tonic water.
STEP 3
Stir gently as to not lose the bubbles.
STEP 4
Squeeze the juice from a lime wedge and plunge below the surface.
