Masumi

Founded in 1662 in the Japan Alps of Nagano Prefecture, Masumi owes its quality to the region’s cold climate and pure water. Named for “The Mirror of Truth,” a national treasure at the nearby Suwa Taisha Shrine, Masumi is famous as the birthplace of the No. 7 Yeast, which it uses to produce food-friendly sakes with exceptional balance.
