Trophy winner at the 2008 London International Wine Challenge, it is often acclaimed as the finest warm sake served in Nagano. An uncommonly fine sake for everyday enjoyment. It is aimed for a sake that people would feel is really, really good warmed up. For that we worked to give Tokusen a firm acidity and umami, which helps it stay balanced as it warms up. Good with Japanese comfort food like grilled fish, yakitori, teriyaki, sukiyaki, nabe hotpots.
