Distillation : artisanal, in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots
Aroma : wisteria in blossom, apples, honey, figs
Taste : pleasant, delicate and elegant

Service : at temperature of 18/20 °C - 65/68 °F in a tulip-shaped glass
