Yaguara’s first expression of aged cachaça. Ouro follows on our passion for exploring the new flavours and taste profiles that Brazilian woods can provide. Ouro is a blend of two native woods Cabreúva and Amburana together with American Oak. Lovely for sipping neat but also and an extremely funky liquid to play with in cocktails.

In Creating YAGUARA we wanted to retain the distinctive flavour of cachaça, yet deliver it within a smoother, refined and more balanced spirit.

By using the variety of flavours, aromas and finishes available we create a final spirit which is ultimately better than the sum of it's parts. It is both a science and an art, and one our master blender Erwin Weimann has spent over 40 years refining and improving.
