By flavouring neutral spirit with fresh mint, lemon oil and sugar, we’ve jacked-up the taste. This menthe happens to be crystal clear, but you might as well pick the green variant, for both are flavoured the same.

Ingredients:
15 ml De Kuyper Crème de Menthe White
50 ml Bourbon
15 ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
25 ml Chilled mineral water
Glass: martini
Garnish: orange zest twist
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
