From the town of Hakushu, where some of the best quality water comes from in Japan, this Honjozo sake was brewed using the underground water flowing from Minami-Alps' Mt.Kaikoma. This is a Honjozo long loved by many in Yamanashi Prefecture. It is allowed to slowly mature in order to completely bring out the core flavors and umami from the rice. Whatever cuisine it is, this sake is recommended to pair with whether you drink it chilled, room temperature or even by atsukan (hot sake). Please enjoy the various drinking possibilities.
