London Gin
By the name of the most frequently encountered and very misunderstood. “Dry Gin” and the “London Dry Gin" would be inevitably confused. The word "London" is a gin made in England. But not really. The word "London" is the original way of producing gin. In the absence of the word London, it would be another Gin, called "Compounded Gin".
Distilled Gin (on the label is Distilled) or London Dry Gin is similar to whisky producing. By fermenting with herbs. Before being distilled in the Column Still, 90% pure alcohol and refined to add Juniper Berries (Or many around) until the gin is about 40%-47% abv.
