รายละเอียดสินค้า

True to the Komos craftsmanship, Añejo Reserva is made in Mexico using perfectly ripe 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested from both the highlands and lowlands of the Tequila Valley in Jalisco. The piñas are roasted in traditional stone ovens, and the agua miel is naturally fermented and twice distilled in copper pot stills. By masterfully blending the Añejo Reserva and aging it in French oak wine barrels, bourbon barrels, and sherry casks, the liquid takes on the rich, chocolate, and cherry flavors from the sherry casks. The final touch is to aerate it to make the mouth feel softer and rounder, while adding a slight impression of sweetness.

THE BOTTLE

Once the liquid is bottled, the white ceramic vessel evokes the beauty of the Mediterranean while preserving the aromas within it.

KOMOS CRAFTMANSHIP

Komos is the highest-rated tequila collection ever, with the Añejo Reserva expression scoring a 99 out of 100 from The Tasting Panel Magazine. Alongside their distillery partners, Komos is committed to sustainable practices in tequila-making, including repurposing waste from production into bricks given to the people of Tequila to build infrastructure and working with the same farming families for generations to grow their agaves.

TASTING NOTES

Aged in a blend of French oak white wine barrels, bourbon barrels, and sherry casks, the result is a nose of rich coffee mixed with caramel toffee, lifted by bright citrus zest. It's soft and full, with hints of hazelnut, and dried apricots, and a finish lingering with allspice, white pepper, and opulent amber notes.
