No.2 : Apple & Lavender

The second in the series is the wonderful Apple & Lavender gin.  This was first distilled this as a special edition gin for the Craft Gin Club in 2014. It proved to be a firm favourite securing it’s position for re-release as part of the Creative Collection.

After giving local watercolour artist, Liz O'Donnell, the very vague brief of 'apple and lavender' she returned with a beautiful painting which encapsulated the flavours perfectly.

Local apples from the Black Isle in Scotland are used in the distillation to bring a touch of Highland sweetness to the gin, which complements the lavender wonderfully. This results in an elegant and subtle gin with delicious juniper and a delicate blend of lavender and apple.
