No.3 : Coastal Edition

The third in the series is the wonderful Coastal Edition gin, our most experimental edition to date! Inspired by the local Caithness coastline, it is distilled in a traditional vapour infusion still with kelp, locally foraged by Shore Seaweed, and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company.  The result is an incredibly smooth and delectably sweet gin with a delicious salted edge.

The Coastal Edition features the artwork of Kelly Munro, Scottish artist and jeweller, originally from the small fishing town of Wick.  Her most recent collection is inspired by the drifting tides of Caithness and seaweeds found on the northern Scottish coastline.
